Rain Diary (800 mm)

In this series, I used video to show physical/optical interactions among three materials. These were rainwater, mosquito net and windowglass.
I found amazing how these components played comletely different, unexchangable roles . The glass, almost invisible all the time, was probably the most important piece, allowed all of these interaction to take place on its surface. The mosquito net gave a framework, a rigid grid to be distorted by random raindrops and vapor.
The title refers to the amount of the annual rainfall in Budapest. Are these videos documentaries? I think they occupy a more pshychological space. They call the audience to let the images and noises unfold they relaxing, calming effect.
